Christian Books – Donna Louis – The Lego Miracle. What happens though when Legos are used in a miraculous way to assist in movement.

Well, that is exactly what happened to a disabled tortoise named Blade. Check out my website

He lost the use of his legs because of a growth disorder that made his limbs too weak to support the rest of his body. Blades veterinarian had a genius idea and built him a wheelchair made of Legos that will enable him to move forward until he regains the use of his legs.

To date, there has been a disabled piglet and a baby goat that also received wheelchairs.

Miracles happen every day, we just have to look for them. Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. – Hebrews 12:2.

This is the ultimate expression of love. Going the extra mile to show that you care, that you are a person who wants to make a difference in a positive way. Everyday miracles of all types are happening all around us. Each day that we are blessed to wake up we need to give thanks and then find ways to produce a miracle for someone or something. Isn’t that the essence of it all! Christian Books – Donna Louis – The Lego Miracle.

Book of Proverbs – The Miracle Limb

Book of Proverbs – The Miracle Limb.

Book of Proverbs – The Miracle Limb – And Abraham took the wood of the burnt offering, and laid it upon Isaac his son; and he took the fire in his hand, and a knife; and they went both of them together. And Isaac spake unto Abraham his father, and said, My father: and he said, Here am I, my son. And he said, Behold the fire and the wood: but where is the lamb for a burnt offering? And the angel of the Lord called unto him out of heaven, and said, Abraham, Abraham: and he said, Here am I. And he said, Lay not thine hand upon the lad, neither do thou any thing unto him: for now I know that thou fearest God, seeing thou hast not withheld thy son, thine only son from me. And Abraham lifted up his eyes, and looked, and behold behind him a ram caught in a thicket by his horns: and Abraham went and took the ram, and offered him up for a burnt offering in the stead of his son. – Genesis 22:7-8 & Genesis 11-13.

The above verses in the Bible deal with Abraham being tempted by God to see how faithful he was, and if he would indeed kill his only son Isaac. Book of Proverbs – The Miracle Limb. Check out my website

Lambs like many other animals are slaughtered on a daily basis and eventually end up on the dinner table. However; a while ago a lucky lamb born in Wales a country in southwest Great Britain was saved. Book of Proverbs – The Miracle Limb.

Jake, as he has been named was born with an extra leg. Despite the rare deformity Jake is running and jumping on all five legs. Jake was born on a family-run farm and was scheduled to be fattened up and then killed for meat.

After his birth, vets were summoned out to the farm to check on Jake’s health and were amazed at how healthy he is. According to the family, they didn’t expect him to live because they tend to die if they have a deformity. Jake, however, has been spared, and according to the family, they will keep him as a mascot.

Miracles are happening every day all around us and, God is continually showing why he is all-mighty, all-powerful, and omnipotent. Book of Proverbs – The Miracle Limb.

Book of Proverbs -The Eagle

Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:  Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies; Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s. – Psalm 103:1-5.

When eagles come to mind, people commonly imagine some enormous hunter soaring above wide-open spaces on outsized wings. What makes this bird so important and symbolic to humanity is its characteristics. Book of Proverbs – The Eagle. Check out my website

Eagles have tremendous vision – Their eyes are specially designed for long-distance focus and clarity. They can spot another eagle soaring from 50 miles away. Successful people have a vision. “If art is to nourish the roots of our culture, society must set the artist free to follow his vision wherever it takes him” – John F. Kennedy. Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he. – Proverbs 29:18. Book of Proverbs – The Eagle.

Eagles are fearless – An eagle will never surrender to the size or strength of its prey. It will always give the fight to win its prey or regain its territory. Successful people are fearless. “I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.” – Nelson Mandela. If thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is small. – Proverbs 24:10. Book of Proverbs – The Eagle.

Eagles are aggressive – Eagles are known for their aggression. Eagles are the only birds that love the storm. When all other birds try to flee from the storm and hide its fierceness, eagles fly into it and will use the wind of the storm to rise higher in a matter of seconds. People rise to greater heights when they take up challenges head-on without running away from them. Love not sleep, lest thou come to poverty; open thine eyes, and thou shalt be satisfied with bread. – Proverbs 20:13. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. – Ephesians 6:11. Book of Proverbs  – The Eagle.

Eagles know patience and when to get silent – The eagle has the longest life-span of its species. It can live up to 70 years. But to reach this age, the eagle must make a hard decision. In its 40′s its long and flexible talons can no longer grab prey which serves as food. Its long and sharp beak becomes bent. Its old-aged and heavy wings, due to their thick feathers, become stuck to its chest and make it difficult to fly. Then, the eagle is left with only two options: die or go through a painful process of change which lasts 150 days. The process requires that the eagle fly to a mountaintop and sit on its nest. There the eagle knocks its beak against a rock until it plucks it out. After plucking it out, the eagle will wait for a new beak to grow back, and then it will pluck out its talons. When its new talons grow back, the eagle starts plucking its old-aged feathers. And after five months, the eagle takes its famous flight of rebirth and lives for 30 more years. “You can learn more from silence than all the voices in the world.” – Madame Guyon. For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise. – Hebrews 10:36. Book of Proverbs  – The Eagle.

These are just some of the characteristics of an eagle. So should we pattern the characteristics of an eagle?  But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary, and they shall walk, and not faint. – Isaiah 40:31
